TattooGen.me helps users create, refine, preview, and prepare tattoo concepts. Outputs are creative planning references, not medical advice, a guarantee of originality, or a skin-ready tattoo plan. A professional tattoo artist must make the final safety and execution decisions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected one-time pass or subscription period. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Credits, expiry, recurring billing, taxes, and any usage limits are shown before purchase. Failed eligible generation tasks release reserved credits. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your Content and AI Outputs

You keep any rights you have in your prompts and uploads and grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver them. You are responsible for having permission to upload reference material. Subject to law and third-party rights, you may use outputs created for you; we do not promise exclusivity, non-infringement, or that similar outputs will never be created for another user.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
