Refund Policy

Failed generation tasks

Credits are reserved when a task begins. If the task fails or is cancelled before the provider completes billable work, the reservation is released automatically. This is a credit correction, not a cash refund.

Project Passes and top-ups

You may request a refund for an unused Project Pass or unused credit top-up within 7 days of purchase. Once any purchased credits have been used, the purchase is normally non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal from Billing. A cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period. Duplicate charges and billing errors will be investigated and corrected.

Requesting help

Use the support area in your account and include the order number. Do not send full payment card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider.
