You may not use TattooGen.me to create or upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, instructions for violence, hateful targeting, impersonation or fraud, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Do not upload a person’s face, body photo, artwork, trademark, or private information unless you have the right and consent to use it. Do not use the service to imitate the distinctive style of a living artist in a way that misleads others about authorship.

Automated abuse, account sharing intended to evade limits, attacks on the service, scraping private projects, payment fraud, and attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited. We may block a task, limit an account, preserve evidence required for security, or remove content when necessary.
